Role Summary
Our client is an innovative leaders in HR system service delivery with an enviable and growing list of blue chip clients.

As companies seeking to attract and retain the best talent have been investing heavily in their employees across a number of fronts and, with employers also keeping up  with new Regulations requiring minimal levels of Employee Benefits, our Client's business is expanding.

They require an accomplished business analyst to join their internal consulting team to gather requirements for new products / projects and to support the project manager in Implementations for Clients.


Details
Reporting to the Project Manager the business analyst will work through a well-defined and structured business analysis process to document requirements in such a way as to allow the configuration and design team to work out the best way to meet requirements for the company's proprietary platform.

As a key member of the clients internal consulting team, the business analyst may also support the project manager and play a PMO role to co-ordinate and report on the team activities to ensure client deliveries are managed, with internal and external stakeholders being updated on progress and milestones.

The business analyst will help pull together all the required internal skills and capabilities to deploy with the client.  They need to be accomplished in managing internal and client relationships. Tenacity and sensitivity will be key.

The business analyst will work closely with clients to specify project scope, requirements, budgets, timescales and deliverables and to build a workable project plan. He/she will then work to this plan and communicate progress and progress related issues  to project and client management.
