Our client is a Financial Services Organisation looking for a Consultant to assist with a proposed Competitive Tender for a CRM System integration.

Details

This role includes the following activities:

* Reviewing and assessing supplier proposals and drafting and populating evaluation models and comparisons

* Reviewing Commercial Pricing models

* Drafting and renegotiating Contract Terms including legal commercial clauses around delivery risk, SLA's and pricing.

* Dealing with Senior stakeholders and Presenting at board level

Key skills and Requirements

Mandatory

* Solid experience of complex IT procurement & Supplier Selection processes
* Good understanding of commercial/pricing models
* Ability to review, draft and negotiate Contract Terms
Desirable

They require an ambitious Application Architect with a passion for designing and configuring bespoke business solutions to join their growing entrepreneurial company.

Details

This person will report directly to the Head of Client Solutions, and will be primarily responsible for the design and configuration of their web-based application.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Business Requirements - Understanding business context and working closely with business architects to translate client requirements into detailed designs and specifications

* Business & Technical Alignment - ensuring that all configuration designs are fully compatible with the functional and technical architecture of the application.

* Configuration Documentation - Producing high-level and detailed specifications that can be used by the system configuration team to configure the application.

* Systems Implementation - Involvement in various stages of the system implementation (i.e. design and specification, configuration, system testing, debugging, data conversion).

* Application Design Authority - providing quality assurance to ensure data & design consistency throughout the systems development lifecycle.

* Team Supervision - whilst it is not an immediate requirement but there will be opportunities to supervise team members and take on project management responsibilities in the future.

Key skills and Requirements

The following experience is mandatory:

* 5 years + relevant work experience of implementing highly configurable business solutions (e.g. SAP / Oracle ERP implementations)

* Experienced in working with different software development methodologies, highly logical and structured

* Strong appreciation of both the business context and the technical considerations that underpin optimal designs and specifications

* Ambitious, self-starter, possessing the desire to work in a small but growing, entrepreneurial company with a strong team culture.

* Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills

HR / Benefits industry experience would be advantageous but is not considered essential.

Technical skills required:

* SQL and experience working with SQL Server and large relational database
* Experience with HTML, CSS, XML and web services
* Understanding of 3 tiered architecture and software deployment

Role Summary

Our Client is a Global Financial services Organisation seeking a consultant with the requisite skills to lead the creation of 'account plans' that describe the strategic engagement, goals, objectives and action plans in support of on-going business relationships between the Information System (IS) & Project Management Group (PMG) division and other business divisions.

Account Plans at their highest level articulate the understanding of the business and its priorities (with a focus on IS impacts) and then look at how best the IS&PMG Division can respond to these business needs.

The Deadline for this role is 10am on Thursday 24 Jan and Cv's received after this time are unlikely to be considered.
Details

The role will include:

• Input into the design of the account plans - suggestions on structure, content, use etc would be helpful

• Analysis of existing material about the future plans and roadmaps for each division

• Discussion with relevant internal stakeholders to confirm and understand better the divisional ambition

• Creation of the plan contents, both business strategy and the IS response.

• Defining a communications plan for sharing the plans internally within IS & PMG and then how these would further validate the business understanding with each division

• Experience in methodology development with demonstrable PowerPoint expertise required in preparing fit for purpose account planning collateral

• Understanding of relationship and stakeholder management approach including managing relationships between operational functions and the rest of the business (may be gleaned from internal account planning experience or key account management roles externally)

Our proposal has been accepted but our selected consultant is no longer available for the work.

Details

Key activities will include:

* Providing strategic consultation and facilitation to define requirements and catalogue prerequisites.

* Arranging and supporting ad hoc workshops

* Developing a business process architecture, along with a process governance and improvement framework.

* Developing a roadmap for BPA implementation.

* Ensuring the availability of key stakeholders to be included in the design process,
