Role Summary
Our client, a global magic circle law firm, has developed a significant new commercial product, which will be made available to its clients via a web portal.

They require a senior business-focused project manager with a top tier management consulting background and proven senior / C-level relationship management skills  to lead the development and deployment of this new product to market.



Role Detail
The senior project manager sits within an internal consulting function, set up to provide client services to the partnership.  However this role will work closely  with the Senior Partner responsible for the delivery of this new commercial initiative.

The senior project manager will be responsible for all business-facing aspects of the initiative, to include:

* Developing the business case and commercial pricing model for the new product with the Senior Partner

* Setting up and running the project according across the full lifecycle according to the designated project methodologies

* Establishing and maintaining project governance  (planning, status reporting, Risk/Issue/Dependency management, budget and resource control

* Ongoing liaison with internal IT who are responsible for developing the web portal

* Designing the target operating model to support the introduction of the new product (i.e. support, content)

* Establishing strong relationships with senior client partner(s)

* Managing and supervising a small project team in a matrixed business environment.


Key Skills and Requirements

Mandatory


* Senior project manager with a top tier management consulting background


* Full lifecycle experience as a business-facing project manager on complex projects to tight deadlines (n.b. this is not an IT Project Manager role)

* Strong relationship management skills demonstrated at senior client level (Partner / C level).

Desirable / Advantageous

* Experience of developing business cases including commercial / pricing components

* Experience of delivering web portals to market

* Project delivery experience within a Partnership / Professional Services environment.

Role Summary
Our sister company, B2E Consulting, is working with a financial services client who has embarked upon a re-tendering programme for its entire Information Systems


(IS) Estate, with contracts valued at approx.£350m.  They immediately require a consultant to work as part of a project team to define the business and service requirements for the re-tendering of various IS service contracts over the next 3 years.

The Consultant will work as part of a design team and will be responsible for gathering and validating requirements for the IS services as the basis for tenders issued to suppliers.

This will include requirements for each set of services to be outsourced or insourced, including:


* Application Development and Test
* Service Integration and Management
* Transition and Release Management
* Service Desk
* End User Computing
* Networks
* Telephony
* Application Maintenance
* Storage
* Server Operations and Environments Management
* Data Centre Facilities

Deliverables will take the form of business, service and commercial requirements  and will involve ensuring that suppliers will be able to respond to the needs of the client and that services can be incorporated into contractual documentation.


Key skills and Requirements
* A Business Analyst or Project Manager with evidence of strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
* Experience in defining the business, service and commercial arrangements for large and complex IS Service tenders.
* Experience in at least some of the IS Services to be outsourced

Our client, a market leading consumer products company, is embarking upon the regional implementation of a bespoke corporate system which will deliver product-based training information using latest technologies to their sales teams and product re-sellers.



They require a business-focussed senior business analyst / project manager with experience of implementing bespoke systems across multiple countries firstly to assist with the initial regional roll-out, before secondly moving on to define the requirements for a wider and more functionally rich second phase.


Role & Responsibilities

This highly autonomous role sits within the client's internal business change team, comprised of a number of hybrid Senior Business Analyst /Project Managers who work closely with business sponsors throughout the full lifecycle to help them shape,  plan, develop & implement new strategic initiatives


Key skills and Requirements
This role will suit a hands-on SBA / PM with particular expertise in acting as a  bridge between Business and IT, and possessing a strong appreciation of the considerations involved implementing new systems and process across multiple countries.

* Multi-country systems implementation experience - experienced in defining, planning and delivering the business-facing aspects of multi-country / regional system rollouts (ideally in a retail or sales environments)
* Hybrid BA / PM - Strong suite of business analysis skills (e.g. workshop facilitation, requirements definition, scripting, UAT, training) and developing project management skills
* Ability to deliver projects autonomously and effectively in highly ambiguous and matrixed regional corporate environments - demonstrating excellent communication  and stakeholder management skills
* Top tier management consulting background (highly advantageous)

Role Summary
Our Client is a Dutch based Multinational company which immediately requires an interim Learning & Development Specialist to help them set up the Learning Academy for some of their functions

The role requires the development of Competency Models and Learning Plans for the Finance or HR or Procurement Functions before these are transferred to the new Learning Management system. 

The person will need to be able to work in Amsterdam on a weekly basis.

Details
Reporting to the Programme Manager the L&D Specialist will be responsible for:

* Developing Competency Models for Procurement or Finance or HR
* Designing Learning Solutions/Plans for Procurement or Finance or HR
* Catalogue Quality Assurance before the transfer to the LMS System
* Developing business case for proposed learning, including design options to enable cost conscious decision making (buy, build and/or optimize learning)
* Facilitating decision making regarding "global for local" learning offerings and "local for local" learning offerings
* Creating an outline for proposed Learning Solutions, setting specifications on  delivery approach and channels
* Identifying target audiences and defining appropriate learning objectives
* Assigning internal or external parties to develop programs or courses
* Designing blended learning solutions, establishing learning interventions for learners
* Managing relationships with development (shared) services and vendors, providing tactical direction and advice on development
* Ensure quality for local learning by providing local learning experts with best practices, guidelines and performing random quality checks


Key skills and Requirements
* L&D Specialist with in depth experience of developing strong Competency Models  and Learning Plans
* L&D Specialist who has supported the Procurement or Finance or HR Functions
* Experience of developing Learning material for a Learning Academy/Learning Management System in a Global Organisation
