Role Summary

Role

The client needs someone who has experience of running the end to end RFP process. This project begins after the RFPs are written and the supplier list selected.

The role is to :

• Run the RFP.
• Chase responses.
• Analyse and present finding to client.
• Set up and run on-site reviews.
• Help with selection of suppliers and input to contracting.
• Then set up and run the pilot and then roll out across Europe

Ideal person - Someone who can demonstrate extensive sourcing skills and understands technology , ideally with experience in reverse logistics but at least supply chain expertise would be necessary.

One consultant will have deep experience with Logistics the other with Call Centres.

They are looking to add an experienced Programme Manager with experience of setting up CRM projects. The successful candidate will be able to provide advice and guidance on :

1. Overall Software Development Lifecycle
2. Design/Development Disciplines and Techniques
3. Tooling guidance
4. Contract / Training / Coaching

Role

There is a need for a Consultant to work with the CRM team over a period of 12 weeks (estimated). The Consultant will clarify the CRM programme's approach to software development, across the internal team and the suppliers. This will clear up any uncertainty and enable project planning to progress with the full understanding of the underlying process and its steps.

They require an experienced data analyst to support the sector teams in managing, manipulating and interrogating this data.

Details

Reporting to the manager of the relevant sector team the data analyst will be responsible for:

• Extracting and managing significant volumes of data from various sources using Excel, Access and COGNOS;

• Working with the supervisory teams to manipulate / interrogate the data to ensure it can be effectively utilised by the sector teams;

• Designing and applying analytical tools that can assess the risks to customers that particular products may pose by virtue of how they are designed.
