Role Summary



Our Client is a Global Professional Services Organisation.


They are looking for an IT Service Manager to join one of their Business areas, managing the interface with IT Services and Data Centre Services for this part of the organisation.

The role requires close working with the Data Centre Operations Team, IT Service  Delivery, Service Management and global Support teams

This role can be done on either an Interim or a Permanent basis.


Details


The candidate will be responsible for managing the Business Relationship with IT  Service Delivery and Data Centre Services and for continually improving the efficiency and quality of services. It requires the following activities:

* Working with the IT service delivery team and business team to provide end to end IT Services.
* Providing end-to-end service documentation and reporting including SLA-Reporting, Maintenance Plans, Escalation Procedures, Service Improvement Plans
* Analysing demand for services and influencing stakeholders to ensure that the necessary investments are made.
* Understanding available IT services and  promoting Service and Support awareness within the business stakeholder group
* Managing Problems, Major Incidents Root  Cause Analysis and Continuous improvement
* Liaising with Service Management and where appropriate other teams to resolve or escalate faults, problems and issues that have been escalated by team members
* Organizing and conducting regular Service Review Meetings with IT Service Delivery and Business Teams
* Reviewing new project requirements in terms of architecture, technical, support and service design
* Ensuring adequate project support  resource planning

Role Summary
Our sister company, B2E Consulting, immediately requires an interim Learning & Development Programme Manager.


The Programme Manger will manage the day-to-day deliverables of a Learning Development team for one of their Clients and ensure that the programme is being successfully rolled out to employees.


The development team is delivering to a Division of the Organisation and consists of four e-learning designers and two face-to face training designers.
The Programme Manager will ensure that the programme is delivered effectively, in a timely and cost effective manner.  The role includes the following activities:


* To manage the project team on a daily basis ensuring the core modules meet the aims and objectives  agreed with the business,

* To drive the project, actively clearing  blockers and creating focussed delivery in the development team.

* Own supplier relationships to ensure high quality training is delivered effectively on time

* Ensure that the subject matter experts  understand their deliverables

* Review training interventions to ensure  they are up to date with the latest legislation and technical content.

* Develop a 'dashboard' of management information for the business including progress of delegates on the programme.

* Plan training delivery in conjunction with the L&D Support team

* Identify opportunities to deliver greater value for money in the design and delivery of  the Programme

Key Skills and Requirements


* Experience of delivering high quality, large and complex e-learning and workshop programmes to time and to budget

* Experience of managing multi-disciplined  teams (L&D SMEs, trainers, 3rd party training providers
* Experience of rolling out complex training programmes using appropriate  Learning Management Systems.

* Experience of driving transformation through L&D in a changing cultural environment, demonstrating excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills

Role Summary
Our sister company, B2E Consulting, immediately requires an interim Learning & Development consultant to design and develop new class room based learning materials  for a newly formed regulatory authorisation division at one of their Financial Services clients.


This role will work in partnership with the client's central Learning & Development team and subject matter experts within the division to produce new learning material using multiple methodologies.  Key activities will involve:


* Experienced in developing exceptional facilitated learning including comprehensive trainer notes and supporting materials (Experience in Financial Services would be highly advantageous)
* Strong facilitation and delivery skills in classroom based learning.
* Hands-on training analysis, design, development skills
* Assisting where required to develop initial analysis of learning requirements into specific learning objectives
* Designing and developing comprehensive facilitator notes, handouts and supporting materials for new classroom based training
* If required, delivering pilot training sessions
* Producing supporting documentation, guides etc. to support the launch of a new  curricula for the division


Skills and Experience
* Experienced in developing exceptional facilitated learning including comprehensive trainer notes and supporting materials (Experience in Financial Services would be highly advantageous)
* Strong facilitation and delivery skills in classroom based learning.
* Hands-on training analysis, design, development skills
* Good exposure to, and understanding of regulated environments
