Role Summary
Our client is an exciting and fastpaced software company working with the world's largest online fashion retailers and fashion brands. Their platform connects Brands and Retailers systems to enable a supplier fulfil model by integration of a Brand's products onto the websites of premium online fashion retailers.

They are expanding rapidly and now need to add to their business analyst team to  serve a growing base of clients.  Much of the work requires prior experience of  ETL, databases, data mapping and data integration.

We are looking or Data/Business Analyst with at least 5 years relevenat experience and immediate availability.

Details
The clients platforms provide a single integration that can scale across multiple strategic partners, it gives full visibility across the entire customer journey and supply chain, while providing huge costs savings and speed to market. The system uses uptotheminute sales data and analytics to enable the retailer to create the  perfect stock mix, it is uniquely positioned to eliminate inaccuracies in the buying process, missed sales and fragmented ranges while driving large incremental sales.

The client is seeking a commercially aware professional individual with experience of ETL, databases, data mapping and data integration.  You will be working with a growing portfolio of clients and you will guarantee the success of these relationships by establishing a strong working rapport and understanding how these businesses operate from their core values all the way down to their business data. Working as part of a team the role allows individuals to thrive and innovate each day, integrating new partners on to our platform and assisting existing partners in maximising the benefit from being part of our platform.

Key skills and Requirements
1. Must have ETL (data mapping) experience.
2. Data/Systems integration experience.
3. Write specifications for developers (user stories)

Role Summary
Our Client is looking for a Chief Technical Officer to be a key member of the leadership team, driving the product vision and realisation. This is a very exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing company at the forefront of secure cloud technology.

This role will be responsible for the following activities:

The globally dispersed OE consulting function (approx. 60 people) is responsible  for delivering a range of organisation development and change interventions to help achieve the client's strategic business objectives around continuous improvement & business efficiency.

OE activities range from organisation design and development, learning, culture change, change management, business health checks and diagnostics, to leadership development, continuous improvement, problem solving and strategic programme management.

The internal client base covers multiple businesses and supporting functions at all levels in the business around the world.

Role and Responsibilities
The role involves providing a variety OE consulting services to a range of businesses or functions depending upon the business requirement.  You will be expected to build strong lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, being seen as a trusted advisor who can provide high calibre interventions to improve business performance based  on 'best of class' working practices.

Taking projects from cradle-to-grave you will take hands-on responsibility for shaping, steering, planning, budgeting and managing OE projects through to conclusion.  It's hands on, very challenging, and very rewarding.

Key Skills and Requirements
1)   Extensive experience of leading large, complex change management projects with an excellent grasp of 'how to make change stick' (cross-functional experience ideally)

2)   Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the following Change Management disciplines (organisation design, organisation development, change management, process excellence, leadership team effectiveness, capability development, culture shift)

3)   Capable of leading multi-national teams to operate effectively and deliver results in highly ambiguous global / regional environments (both in a team and individual capacity)

4)   Exceptionally strong consulting skills (a credible, crisp communicator, comfortable operating at c-level, impactful with strong facilitation and presentation skills) likely to have been developed at a top tier management consultancy

They are looking for an Enterprise Architect and a Solution Architect to work with one of the IT businesses which helps organisations to align IT and Business Strategy.

The Enterprise Architect will work with them to identify and grow new and existing accounts and be responsible for services propositions, bid and engagement management, account planning, and delivery team management.


They are looking for a Solution Architect with experience of a wide range of solution level architecture activities and an understanding of the retail sector and supply chain including warehouse management and fulfillment. They should demonstrate a good knowledge of both Architecture and Business.
