Role Summary 

Our sister company, B2E Consulting, is working on a proposal for a leading Mali-based Telecommunications Organisation to conduct an IT security audit of one of their critical business systems. 

They specifically require a consultant with expertise in IT security of server platforms running a number of applications including MS Sharepoint, Sage and other business applications (8 in total).

The Consultant will lead and oversee the delivery of the security audit including the assessment of the existing policy, recommended improvements in process, people and technology and their potential costs. 

We are seeking a single consultant that can help us with this requirement.

*  Fluent in French (both written and spoken) 

*  Willingness to work in Mali for a few weeks during initial data collection and subsequent validation phases (expenses paid)

Role Summary 

Following a recent merger our transport client immediately requires a BPR Consultant to work with senior stakeholders from both sides of the newly merged organisation to define and document a common set of new processes and procedures for their track operations. 

Response Deadline: 5 pm Friday 30th August.

Role and Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Progress Integration Workstream lead, the BPR consultant will be responsible for setting up, facilitating and documenting outputs from workshops with senior stakeholders from both sides of the newly merged operational area.

 The objectives of the workshops are to:

 * Review existing new processes and procedures already being written to ensure that they are consistently and thoroughly documented

* Scope and define remaining 'To Be' processes and gain consensus on common approach

* Document new processes and obtain sign off

There will also be requirements to conduct 1-2-1 interviews with project and construction managers as input into this process.

Key skills and Requirements

This is a hands-on process mapping and documentation role which also require strong facilitation and consensus building skills.  The right candidate for this role will have: 

* Excellent BPR / process mapping and documentation skills with deep appreciation of BPR methods and approaches

* Multiple experiences of setting up and leading BPR workshops, a strong character, with impact and credibility and an ability to build consensus

* Transport / rail experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory

Background 

The client has a global OE consulting function (approx. 60 people) responsible for delivering a range of organisation development and change interventions to help achieve the client's strategic business objectives around performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement. 

OE activities range from organisation design and development, culture change, change management, business health checks, to team effectiveness, complex problem solving and continuous improvement.  

Role & Responsibilities 

The Senior OE Manager will be responsible for a shaping and executing the OE agenda for a large part of the client's business involving a wide range of audience groups. 

Working directly with both business and HR senior leadership, you will be responsible for: 

* diagnosing organisational issues and identifying appropriate OE solutions with  senior business leaders to help drive business performance and deliver against the strategy

* partnering with business colleagues to plan and deliver high quality OE interventions that achieve business performance improvements

* providing targeted OE capability development support to business and functional colleagues, to build skills and experience to support the change agenda

* building embedded OE capability within the business division 

The role also involves leading, mentoring and developing a global team of OE consultants (approx. 6) to deliver OE solutions across the business division (multiple geographies). 

The OE Manager position is part of the Global OE Leadership team.  They will work with other OE Managers to contribute to the growth of the internal consulting function, develop and share best practices as appropriate, and identify potential opportunities for collaboration.

Key skills and Requirements 

The successful candidate will have: 

1. Substantial experience of shaping and delivering large scale (regional or global is a must), complex OE interventions resulting in improved business performance
2. Exceptionally strong consulting and client relationship skills (a credible, crisp communicator, successfully operating at c-level, impactful with strong facilitation and presentation skills)
3. An excellent grasp of OE methods and approaches (demonstrating thought leadership, hands-on experience)
4. Experience of leading and developing teams (an inspirational leader, an effective coach and developer of people)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing a new Operating model for the Division. 

Details 

Reporting to the manager of the relevant sector team the Business Analyst will be responsible for completing the Policy Risk and Research Target Operating Model (TOM) and Designing and implementing the TOM.
