FILLED, BPR Consultant, Transport Initiative (DB6152)

Role Summary 

Following a recent merger our transport client immediately requires a BPR Consultant to work with senior stakeholders from both sides of the newly merged organisation to define and document a common set of new processes and procedures for their track operations. 

Response Deadline: 5 pm Friday 30th August.

Role and Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Progress Integration Workstream lead, the BPR consultant will be responsible for setting up, facilitating and documenting outputs from workshops with senior stakeholders from both sides of the newly merged operational area.

 The objectives of the workshops are to:

 * Review existing new processes and procedures already being written to ensure that they are consistently and thoroughly documented

* Scope and define remaining 'To Be' processes and gain consensus on common approach

* Document new processes and obtain sign off

There will also be requirements to conduct 1-2-1 interviews with project and construction managers as input into this process.

Key skills and Requirements

This is a hands-on process mapping and documentation role which also require strong facilitation and consensus building skills.  The right candidate for this role will have: 

* Excellent BPR / process mapping and documentation skills with deep appreciation of BPR methods and approaches

* Multiple experiences of setting up and leading BPR workshops, a strong character, with impact and credibility and an ability to build consensus

* Transport / rail experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory
