Our sister company, B2E Consulting, immediately requires an interim Training Design consultant to design training course content for a newly formed regulatory supervision division at one of their Financial Services clients

Role Detail

The client L&D team currently consists of a Training Development manager, four e-learning designers and two face-to-face training designers.

The purpose of the role is to work in partnership with colleagues in Learning and Development and content SMEs to develop high quality training material in a timely manner for two courses:
1) the design of a 1/2 day train-the-trainer workshop for subject matter experts (SMEs) on an existing system.
2) the design of a 1-day workshop on Financial Crime. The SMEs have already met on a number of occasions and they are accumulating content.

* Experience of developing exceptional facilitated learning including comprehensive trainer notes and supporting materials

 To carry out desk-based research of the Payment Services and E-Money sector in the UK from a conduct supervision perspective and produce a report which includes the following:

* Analysis of how firms make their money and the inter-dependencies between each  element of the payment chain;

* Working with the client's Retail Banking conduct supervisors and assessing the  current supervision and firm-engagement strategy for this sector of firms;

Internal Stakeholder Management - working with internal stakeholders to ensure all resources are prioritised accordingly for client projects, managing the virtual team, internal project reporting to senior management.
