Our client, a leading multi-channel broadcast media company, immediately requires an experienced Programme Manager with an extensive record of delivery of complex  IT projects in a Digital / legacy integrated environment.

Working to the Head of Transformation you will be accountable for definition and  delivery of a portfolio of projects / programmes of work into client-facing web-based platforms owned by Digital, Sales (Multi Channel) and Commercial (Products & Proposition) stakeholders.

The fundamental challenge will be to balance the demands from multiple stakeholders from different parts of the business.  As such you will need to be flexible to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment balancing project, non-project change and BAU releases into a single environment.

In your role you will establish close working relationships with key business and technology stakeholders as well as managing a number of Project Managers / Project teams directly.

Skills and Experience Required

* Significant experience working in a Digital (web-based platform) environments and understanding of both Digital and legacy integration complexities.

* Experience of working in fast paced release-orientated sales systems environments with the ability to balance the delivery of project / business-led and Business as Usual changes.

* Experience of managing multiple projects / workstreams across multiple locations, managing Programme budgets in excess of  10M.
