Our client, a global financial services organisation,
requires a Programme Director to head up an organisation-wide transformation.
Reporting to the Regional CEO, This person will lead the
creation of the transition plan of moving from the current state to the target
operating model
Experience and Skills required
* Programme Director-level consultant with experience of
transforming operations at a regional /
global sponsor level in Financial Services
* Process / IT / Change transformation experience
gained in Finance / Banking sector (ideally
with a bank that has multiple
lending and personal banking products)
* Top Tier Management Consultancy background
(ideally with line or interim experience in the Financial Services sector also)
