Role Summary

Our sister company B2E Consulting immediately requires a business analyst with strong requirements gathering, 3rd party supplier management and website production skills to work with one of their Financial Services clients on the production of a new online handbook.

Role Detail

To lead on the main content of the tender bid and procurement liaison for the client's new online handbook. 

Drafting tender requirements for Handbook for July 2015 launch with phased delivery over the interim timeframe and working closely with Procurement to pull together  the contract notice and pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). 

* Work with the Business-to-Business Team (Handbook) to work on ensuring that the build of the website is carried out appropriately and to specification and conduct acceptance testing on the Handbook Online website ensuring that filters, web functionality and new content has been loaded correctly and is accurate.

* Work with the Team to deliver the design specifications for the website - lead  on branding and wireframes for structure and content.

* Overall monitoring including reviewing and inputting into project plans, reports and testing reports for website to meet the tender requirements.

* Day-to-day support to the Handbook Lead with tender applicants and then to support

third- party contractor performance on the implementation of the new website to an agreed time, cost, scope and quality

* Maintain Handbook Team activity plan and action log on regulatory reform and, where required, maintaining or inputting into handbook project plan

* Attend procurement, B2B and Policy project meetings as necessary to progress build of website and any rewriting of new content.

Key Skills and Requirements

Essential 

* Strong understanding of the procurement process and how to work with internal stakeholders to shape requirements

* In-depth understanding of web production processes, web analytics, xml and the  ability to work on basic redesign work of web pages (using InDesign and/or Adobe

Illustrator) to assist with the build of the new handbook website

* 3rd party supplier relationship management, including ability to articulate changes required to websites, managing information required to monitor performance and resolve issues with supplier when requirements are not being met

Our sister company B2ER Consulting urgently requires an experienced consultant with SME in reviewing, defining and delivering multi-million £ complex IS outsourcing  agreements to work with one of their Financial Services clients. 

Role Detail 

The financial services client has a number of outsourced contracts that cover the full range of IS services: 

* Service desk & end user computing
* Hosting (DC hosting, storage, server/platform operations and infrastructure application)
* Networking & telephony
* Infrastructure project services
* Application development, test & maintenance 

These contracts are due for renewal over the coming months and years. In order to ensure an appropriate future landscape, the client is refreshing its IS sourcing  strategy, ahead of re-tendering and transitioning to new suppliers. 

An interim consultant with SME in the above is required to work closely with the  Accountable Executive and the IS leadership team to deliver this work. 

Specific responsibilities 

* To ensure the project is successfully mobilised over a 6 week period

* To mobilise and then manage the project through start up and design work (which would be building a business case for future outsourcing and then developing requirements)

Our client operates in the retail sector and is an expanding business with 250 stores currently and 30 stores being added per annum.  The business is improving performance in a number of areas.  These include: 

* Legacy systems which are fragmented
* Core system replacement which could go to an ERP solution
* Customer facing POS systems being rolled out to stores
* Web channel and development of multi channel retailing. 

To help manage these improvements the company is looking for a Business Analyst to work at their head office in Watford.  These will be experienced individuals who can work with the business in developing new Business Solutions.

Our client is a Financial Services Regulatory Organisation undergoing transformation of their Regulatory activities following a recent re-organisation. 

They immediately require an experienced Network / Infrastructure lead to ensure that all new infrastructure / network requirements arising from this integration  are correctly designed and aligned with the target infrastructure.
Role & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Network / Infrastructure Project Manager.

 Specific responsibilities include:

 * Ensuring appropriate infrastructure/network solutions and approaches are correctly priced by the vendors for the requirement placed.

* Ensuring designs are in line with network infrastructure standards and will meet the requirements of the business

Role Summary

Our client is an FMCG organisation embarking on a cross-function integration programme.

They require a finance transition consultant with FMCG industry background and operational expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) process to transition existing demand planning and O2C processes into a single new process.

Role & Responsibilities 

Reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Directors, the primary objective of this role is to integrate existing demand planning, order capture, invoicing and stock delivery processes into a single new O2C process entered in JDE interfaced to SAP. 

This hands-on transition role will involve completing the following key activities: 

1) Transfer of order capture and invoicing for company SKUs into the newly formed company. 

2) Setting up a single demand planning repository through Demantra feeding a supply plan to 8 geographical sites. 

3) Defining the logistics flows to link the 8 sites to the new demand plan and understanding how to deploy existing logistics networks or new 3rd party networks to cope with  additional volume arising from the merger.

Key Skills and Requirements
