Role Summary

We are working with a major Call Centre Company on a Bid to provide health related advice, call centre services, to charitable organisations who are supported by the Department of Health. The bid team have extensive call centre expertise but are not familiar with the provision of health related advice or working with the Department of Health.

They are looking for a consultant to join the team who has Health Industry experience, in particular within the health service and ideally having worked with the Department of Health.

The work is still at the proposal stage and initial involvement is likely to be a few days over the coming month or so, with the prospect of being engaged on a more extensive basis should the client win the contract.

This is an opportunity to join a bid team, establish some new relationships and to shape a role for the future.
