Role Summary

The Consultant must have industry knowledge and understanding, in particular an understanding of complex regulation in the Life Insurance sector.


Requirements are:


    •  Knowledge of Life Insurance, IFA Networks or Savings industry and/or distribution of such products
    • Ability to write good quality formal documents for internal governance forums and external official purposes
    • Ability to read and comprehend complex industry documents and summarise for Stakeholders

      Our sister company, B2E Consulting, requires an HR/ OD consultant to create a standardised competency framework for the Technology Operations department of a Financial Services client based on SFIA principles (Skills Framework for an Information Age).

      Details

      The primary objective of the role is to create a consistent set of job profiles across Technology Operations that are linked to a standardised set of skills (competency framework). The goal is to enable individuals to supplement their personal development by providing a structure of skills/progression based on job roles.

      Key deliverables of this phase include:
      ·      Establishing a timeline for implementation of this project,
      ·      Building a framework (across job profiles) for each area of Technology Operations, i.e. role profile creation,
      ·      Reviewing and analysing staff skills which includes conducting a half day training/workshop for all Tech Ops Managers and Team Leads,
      ·      Gap analysis review, and establishing a learning and development plan
