Role Summary
Our client is a fast growing Retail Business.


They are looking for a Business Analyst to work on two projects - the Payment Provider and Complaints projects - as part of the ongoing growth of the Business.


The Payment Provider Project requires moving to a new provider of payment services while the  Complaints project requires implementing a Complaints system to be fully compliant with new FCA regulations.

Key skills and Requirements

* At least 15 years experience of Business Analysis with some of this ideally gained in a Top Tier Consultancy Firm

* Experience of Requirements Gathering, Structured Business Analysis Tools and Techniques, Benefits Realisation and Change Management.

* A demonstrable record of successful delivery of tangible business benefits.

* Educated to Degree Level from a good university
