Role Summary

Our Client is a small growing software company providing a Financial Services platform to its customers.

They are currently looking for a hands-on QA Senior Testing Analyst to manage the existing workload for the company's software applications.

The candidate will also decide on and implement suitable improvements to the testing environment.

Details

This role requires the following activities:

* Developing testing strategies and creating thorough test plans containing all critical test scenarios  based on user requirements

* Identifying, implementing and maintaining appropriate test documentation tools for all testing      activities and reporting

* Setting out detailed procedures, version management, sign off/handover authorities, structured walk through and standards

* Executing test scripts, recording      test results and documenting and tracking defects

* Managing own work schedule and reporting progress to solution delivery managers

* Instructing and liaising with      developers and production management

* Providing structured management and education to junior testers
