Our sister company, B2E Consulting, immediately requires
a Communications Consultant for a Financial Services Organisation.
The Client is setting up a Learning Academy and the role revolves around planning and delivering the communications for the Academy, the development of the Prospectus, and the organisation of a Career Fair
The activities to be covered in this role are:
* Defining a communications approach for the Academy
* Making sure this is aligned with other HR Communications
* Working with an
external branding agency to produce the Academy prospectus
* Writing communications associated with the Academy
* Helping to organise an internal careers fair
* Working closely with internal communications to ensure the comms are aligned with branding and communication principles
* Experience in creating and delivering internal communications strategies and plans and managing 3rd party suppliers to bring about organisational change
* Expertise in Communications in the context of career development and improvements to learning throughout the organisation
