Our Client is a Financial Services Organisation which is putting in place a Learning Academy to further their goal of becoming a mature Learning Organisation.


The Academy comprises a Curriculum, Divisional Learning Pathways, Talent, Management and Leadership Development Programmes, and an MSc in Financial Regulation.


They are looking for a Project Manager to provide post-launch Project Management  Support for the Academy, to manage the transition of Projects into business as usual and to develop and initiate a benefits realisation process.


Reporting to the Organisational Development Operations Manager, the Candidate will be responsible for the following activities:



* Plan and execute a safe and robust transition to business as usual

* Maintain existing relevant project documentation
* Work with the Project and Workstream Leads to identify and manage risks,  issues and      dependencies
* Ensure all key stakeholders are proactively engaged
* Prepare progress reports and management information
* Work with  project/work stream leads to ensure project benefits are realised and      reported
* Identify policy/process improvements during  transition to business as usual
* Drafting of papers and presentations in support of Projects
* Coordinate with broader HR programmes
