Our client, a leading multi-channel
broadcast media company, immediately requires a Senior Business Analyst to work
on their Service Intelligence Programme.
Role
Purpose
Reporting directly to the Project Manager
and the Head of Business Analysis you will be accountable for delivering the
business analysis for the Service Intelligence Programme.
The objective of the Service Intelligence
Programme is make intelligent decisions to drive next best action, information
or process with which to engage the customer in whichever channel they desire.
Key Accountabilities:
- Takes
full responsibility for the Business Analysis
- Determines
the appropriate analysis approach
- Engages
with senior stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business
needs
- Acts as a
conduit between key business stakeholders and technology
- Accountable
for the elicitation and analysis of complex high level and detailed
requirements.
- Producing
requirements documentation to a high standard that meet stakeholder needs,
using requirements modelling techniques as appropriate.
- Managing
the requirements throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring effective
scope control and ensuring solution compliance to requirements is traceable
through to implementation.
- Evaluation
of proposed business and technology solutions to ensure that they met the business
requirements
- Working
with business readiness teams to ensure smooth transition of new products
/ services into operation
Mandatory:
- Proven record of delivering business analysis within the Mobile
/ Telco environment (preferably on B2C projects)
- Multiple full lifecycle project experiences; from start up to
implementation (5+ years BA experience minimum)
- Experienced in delivering business analysis within large and
complex programmes with multiple programme stakeholders (permanent /
contract / vendor / Systems Integrators)
- Effective at working autonomously and comfortable operating in
fast paced release orientated working environments
- Business analysis qualifications (e.g. ISEB Business Analysis
Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA
Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent).
