Summary
Our client immediately requires an
experienced Technical Project Manager / Architect with TV experience, to work
on a new Set Top Box (STB) product. Application deadline: 5pm Monday 5th January
Role
Purpose
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager
you will be accountable for the end to end technical solution; and responsible
for all technical project deliverables.
Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for technical
delivery of the project throughout its lifetime, end-to-end, in coordination
with internal teams and with external vendors.
·
Vendor management of technical
workstreams.
·
Provides technical planning and
reporting support for the project.
·
Coordinates and delivers test
environment support for features under test.
·
Coordinates investigation and
resolution of issues and defects within internal teams and with external
vendors.
·
Where necessary, engages in
hands-on support for project activities.
Knowledge,
Experience and Skills
- Experienced technical delivery manager with end to end lifecycle experience from engagement to deployment (5 years plus)
- Proven delivery experience within the TV domain; either hardware or software.
- Proven experience of working in complex matrix fast moving environments, alongside systems integrators.
- Experience of vendor management.
