Summary
Our client, a leading multi-channel
broadcast media company, immediately requires a Senior Business Analyst with
Telco / Mobile experience to work on a number of exciting new B2C product and
service launches throughout 2015.

Role
Purpose
Reporting directly to the Mobile &
Telco Project Manager and the Head of Business Analysis you will be accountable
for delivering the business analysis for one or more Mobile / Telco projects within
an exciting and challenging roadmap of new B2C product and service launches.
Key Accountabilities:
- Takes
full responsibility for the Business Analysis
- Determines
the appropriate analysis approach
- Engages
with senior stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business
needs
- Acts as a
conduit between key business stakeholders and technology
- Accountable
for the elicitation and analysis of complex high level and detailed
requirements.
- Producing
requirements documentation to a high standard that meet stakeholder needs,
using requirements modelling techniques as appropriate.
- Managing
the requirements throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring effective
scope control and ensuring solution compliance to requirements is traceable
through to implementation.
- Evaluation
of proposed business and technology solutions to ensure that they met the business
requirements
- Working
with business readiness teams to ensure smooth transition of new products
/ services into operation
Mandatory:
- Proven record of delivering business analysis within the Mobile
/ Telco environment (preferably on B2C projects)
- Multiple full lifecycle project experiences; from start up to
implementation (5+ years BA experience minimum)
- Experienced in delivering business analysis within large and
complex programmes with multiple programme stakeholders (permanent /
contract / vendor / Systems Integrators)
- Effective at working autonomously and comfortable operating in
fast paced release orientated working environments
- Business analysis qualifications (e.g. ISEB Business Analysis
Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA
Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent).
