Overview:
Our client immediately requires an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) with deep Mobile/Telco industry knowledge to work on a high profile mobile roaming, number porting and interconnect initiative.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate subject matter expertise in mobile roaming, number porting and interconnect processes, operations, and technologies, coupled with a strong business focused understanding of the commercials and carrier relationships required to enable these services.

Technology: knowledge of mobile technologies, telcos infrastructure and technical operations and enablers and their services; knowledge of roaming and interconnect services.
Process: Understanding business processes and procedures associated with MVNEs.

Skills & Experience:
Mandatory
- Project Management experience: 5+ years SPM experience with proven ability to effectively run and deliver projects in dynamic, fast paced and challenging environments. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Industry and domain experience: demonstrable track record of operating effectively in the mobile/telco industry including familiarity with processes, financials and contractual/commercial agreements with International Roaming partners/hubs, MVNPs. Understanding of Mobile pricing/propostition/bundling as well as mobile systems and technology.
- Qualifications: qualified through a range of project and programme Methodologies (e.g. MSP, Prince 2, PMP, etc.)
