The B2E R Consulting Network
The purpose of this note is to let you know of a great new professional networking opportunity that we would like to open up to you.
Your existing links with B2E Resourcing mean that you are already part of a network of over 3,000 mainly ‘ex-Big 5’ consultants (we also welcome experienced ‘industry consultants’ too) but to-date, this has been a one-way network that has not been accessible to you.
B2E Resourcing wants to open up this network to create a vibrant and active community that shares mutual professional interests and generates value for its members by being connected together. We want to create the opportunity to allow members to make contact and build new business relationships to drive commercial success.
We would like to develop an environment where much of the professional/social support offered within a Professional Services Firm is available within this virtual network. Can you imagine the power of members gaining access to the collective consulting experiences within this group ??? A ‘Neural Napster’ where distributed experiences are indexed by the brains of quality consultants, linked by the power of the web !!
Being a member of the B2E-R Consulting Network means :
- You can contact other members of the network
- You can request help from other consulting professionals
- You can post interesting information to the group
- You will have the opportunity to join ‘interest groups’ as the network grows
- You will be invited to regular networking/social events to meet new consultants (quarterly, initially)
- You will have the opportunity to meet with old colleagues and ‘stay in touch’
- You will receive regular job/role opportunities suitable for experienced consultants
The majority of the network membership will have worked for professional services firms like, PWC, E&Y, Deloitte, Accenture, Andersen Consulting, KPMG and CAPGemini but also includes ‘Industry Consultants’ who have gained most of their experience working with ‘Blue Chip’ corporations.
The experience of members is very broad, covering strategy to operations and from several years experience to a lifetime.
To celebrate the creation of the Network we intend to hold our first social event on Thursday 18 January 2007 from 6:30pm, in central London. Please put this date in your diary – details to follow over the next few weeks.
