FILLED - Interim Change Management Consultant, Bracknell, 3 - 6 months

We have received a very exciting opportunity for a change management consultant to work for an interim period of 3 to 6 months within a strategic organisational development environment.

The right candidate will have a ‘hands on’ and delivery focus and will have experience delivering a wide variety of change management initiatives, including:

  • Organisational development and effectiveness
  • Leadership and management development
  • Performance and talent management
  • Cultural change management
  • Learning projects
Experience of working cross-functionally, balancing regional and global priorities, is important. The environment is one where buy-in is challenging and rewarding and so the ability to develop strong relationships with key internal and external customers and partners is critical.
