FILLED - Client Service / Support Manager – Software Company, London, Permanent

Our client is a fast growing UK Software Business providing an employee benefits administration application for FTSE 250 companies. Over the last few years they have gained a number of prestigious clients and the software now supports over 100,000 lives in the UK. They need to bring in a permanent Client Services / Support manager to handle client questions/issues with the installed application. This person needs to be an effective relationship builder, comfortable with configurable software applications and have a commercial bias. An understanding of employee benefits or pensions would be an advantage.
