Role Summary
Our client is looking for a consultant who understands
the regulatory environment surrounding bank account products provided by Retail
Banks.
The consultant will be familiar with rules under BCOBS
and ICOBS and have at least 8 years related Retail Banking experience.
Key skills and Requirements
* Assist in designing the testing methodology for the
sale of packaged bank accounts in line with the rules under BCOBS and ICOBS; ie
the implementation of the rules
introduced in March 2013.
* Assessing how Banks are dealing with complaints
relating to the sale/operation of
packaged bank accounts.
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships
with a wide range of internal stakeholders
* Presenting reasoned analysis and actionable conclusions
to mitigate any risks identified.
