Role Summary
Our Client is a Financial Services Organisation
undergoing a business wide transformation.m One of their
programmes is focusing on delivering integrated multi-channel contact centres, underpinned by Salesforce.
They are looking for an Agile expert to support the team to implement an agile
culture and best practices into the programme.
Details
The Agile Consultant will:
* implement agile best practices on the work undertaken
by BAs
* provide advice and guidance to others SMEs during the
definition and design phases of the programme to create a best in class case
management functionality for the contact
centres
* engage with the rest of the programme to ensure the
defined operating model is implemented
effectively
This will involve:
* running workshops
* writing use cases.
Key skills and Requirements
* Extensive hands-on Agile development SME
* Experience in design and build of multi-channel contact
centres or case management in Salesforce* Strong business focus with skills in use case and running workshops
* Financial Services sector exposure
* Consultancy experience
