Role Summary

Our consulting client immediately requires an experienced HRIS lead to join their team working on a Europe-wide HR transformation incorporating Workday at a prestigious global consumer brand.

Details

The HRIS Lead will provide analytical leadership in the design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of new HRIS applications, programs  and processes.

The HRIS Lead will also partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, vendors and other business areas to ensure effective integration of HR systems and other  business applications.

Essential Skills and Requirements

* Experienced HRIS practitioner, with experience of implementing HR Systems in a  regional / global capability

* Previous experience of implementing WorkDay solutions

* Expertise in HR data

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven team player who brings critical thinking, excellent project management skills and a considered point of view to a highly collaborative environment.
