Role Summary
Our Client is the subsidiary of an Italian Business Services Company with a number of service offerings including Consulting, Systems Integration, Application Management and Business Process Outsourcing.

It has a particular focus on New Communication Channels and Digital Media including Social Networking, Cloud Computing and the Internet.

The business is growing solidly and has some very good prospects within the UK market.
Currently the MD is looking to reinforce his team with a "Big 5 type" senior manager who can help to bring the business to the next level.

This is a Permanent Position based in London.

Details
This individual will have the following responsibilities:


* Leading, motivating and mentoring a team, not just managing it
* Innovating, and generating outside of the box thinking and attitudes
* Client and account management for day to day activities but also identifying and creating new opportunities
* Pre-sales and bid management
* Delivering complex engagements and managing client situations with a pragmatic but strategic approach
* Being involved in recruiting and talent building activities

Key skills and Requirements
* Experience in New Digital Media especially Security and Networking
* Self motivated with the experience and Leadership skills to drive a growing IT business.
* Strong Client handling skills and ability to manage complex programmes. Should be able to sell "without selling" and develop a trust based approach with clients.
