Change Management Consultant – Complex Public Sector Programme

Summary:

Our client is working on a project with a Public Sector organization. They are looking for a Change Management specialist with Security Clearance.

Role:

The consultant will work with the Delivery Director to ensure that the client and the business area within the client’s organisation:

· Understand the impact of the programme on their business during the transformation
· Are ready and able to carry out the critical activities.

The consultant should have the ability to plan, provide guidance and get client buy in for the transformation

KEY skills/requirements:

The key requirements for this role are:

Multiple examples of business assessment and impact valuation for projects, as well as managing change alongside the Delivery team.
Experience of bringing about change working in large, sensitive and complex organizations.
Government Agency/Police level Security Clearance. The consultant will be required to sign a NDA agreement.
