FILLED TOM Business Analyst, Salesforce Programme (ref DB6150)

TOM Business Analyst,

SAAS Implementation

Role Summary 

Our client, a Financial Services Regulator, requires a business analyst with TOM  expertise to define the operating models for the organization around a new multi-channel contact centre implementation. 

Application deadline:  5pm Tuesday  6th August.

Role & Responsibilities 

The TOM business analyst will work with different areas of the business to define the operating model for the contact centre and all parts of the organization that interface with it. 

The scope of this work will include defining: 

* as-is and definition of to-be states, where the to-be state is not fully defined (Level 0, 1 and 2).

* gaps within the TOM and engaging with stakeholders across the progamme to complete the definition across all releases

* changes required within existing deliverables and assisting with the delivery of the operating model

* IS Systems & Business Systems support operating model

* operational support processes, KPIs, & operational criteria

* resource profiles, roles & responsibilities and skill sets required  

Key skills and Requirements

Mandatory

* Proven experience of designing and delivering Target Operating Models, including assessments of the as-is and definition of to-be states, where the to-be state is not defined (Level 0, 1 and 2)

* Experience in SSAS solutions (ideally Salesforce) with legacy systems integration

* Strong business & IT focused business analyst

 Advantageous 

* Experience in Financial Services sector

* Good working knowledge of ITIL
