Role Summary
Our Client is a Financial Services Regulatory body which
is responsible for the Regulation of Consumer Finance Organisations. They are
looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Policy and Research Division.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing
and implementing a new Operating model for the Division.
Details
Reporting to the manager of the relevant sector team the
Business Analyst will be responsible for completing the Policy Risk and
Research Target Operating Model (TOM) and Designing and implementing the TOM.
Activities included in the role will be:
* Documenting the impact of changes on existing processes
(process mapping).
* Agreeing data impacts and ownership of migrated data
* Detailing new relationships which need to be built with
external stakeholders
* Working with each part of the Division to define KPIs /
success measures
* Liaise with People transition to define recruitment and
transferee requirements.
* Document requirements for system changes
* Help embed approach via business change team
* Linking Policy to Operational parts of the Programme
* Ensuring any re-drafting of policy work is understood
and can be translated into TOM impact.
Key skills and Requirements
Mandatory
* A Business Analyst with strong Process Mapping and Stakeholder Management and Communication
Skills
* Experience in the Development and implementation of new Organisation Target Operating Models
* Data strategy and Data Governance knowledge
Desirable
* Experience in Finance Regulation
