Role Summary

Our sister company, B2E Consulting, is working on a proposal to provide a leading Financial Services Organisation with a number of consultants to work on a major IT transformation programme over the next 2 years. 

They specifically require interim consultants with expertise in Solution Design,  who are either currently available, or coming free between now and the end of the year. 

The Solutions Designer will be responsible for hands on high level design work, probably in collaboration with 3rd Parties, together with a QA responsibility for low level designs and code produced by 3rd parties. 

We are developing a shortlist of interested Consultants to work in these roles.

Key skills and Requirements 

* Past experience of designing systems or components on complex and significant Oracle (or IBM, Microsoft) implementations

* An up-to-date understanding of best practice Solution Design and experience with formal development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Scrum)

* Familiarity with working with 3rd party or offshore suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality designs and code
