Role Summary

Our client is a Regulatory Body undergoing significant transformation. One of their aims is to manage their relationships with their clients more professionally and thereby have launched a major CRM Programme.

Whilst the CRM Programe will be underpinned by technology it is recognied as a mutli faceted programme requiring a robust guiding methodology.

The key requirement is for someone who is experienced in defining/rolling out Agile methodology into an organisation. Specifically experience with IBM's RUP methodology would be a plus but not manadatory. CRM experience is preferable but also not a must.

The client is looking for a Process Engineer/Methodology specialist to join their team for a 3 month review.
