Our client, a consulting & support services firm operating in the financial services sector, requires an experienced change consultant or HR professional to support an organisation-led transformation project at one of their clients.

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

* Design and implement change management deliverables/activities aimed at supporting business lines: including core HR deliverables of overall HR strategy, competency frameworks, career paths, as well as associated engagement workshops, stakeholder's assessment, communications plan, training interventions & plan.

* Apply knowledge of HR, stakeholders, change management, training, and communication to create a plan of action that supports an organisational transformation project.

* Identify future change management opportunities and facilitate project planning, execution and design of interventions as per change plan.
