Role Summary
Our client is a fast growing Retail Business with around 300 stores within the UK.

They are looking for a Business Analyst, initially to work on their Payment Provider and Complaints project.  The successful candidate will have over 5 years Business Analyst experience and be interested in taking on more Project Management responsibilities.

This is a good opportunity for an ambitious Business Analyst to join a growing business based in Watford.

You will join a small team of business analysts responsible for helping the business articulate it's requirements for IT and organisational change.  The BA team will  contribute to development of change management capability across the business and see that the programmes of change are consistently delivered on time and within budget achieving business objectives

Typical ongoing Projects include developing the Supply Chain, improving Credit and Risk, handling Collections via a Contact Centre, upgrading eCommerce activities and implementing Payment Provider solutions.

Key skills and Requirements

* Significant experience in Business Analysis is essential.

* Any experience of Payment Providers and/or Complaints systems would be beneficial.
* Demonstrable record of successful delivery of tangible business benefits.
* Basic Project planning experience or desire to do some PM work
* Educated to Degree Level from a Top Tier university
