Role Summary
Our client is a fast growing Retail Business with around 300 stores.

They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the IT Service, which is delivered through a portfolio of internal and third party providers.



Details
The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the management of the performance  of 10 first line support staff (service desk team), ensuring there is adequate levels of cover and that service levels are achieved or exceeded.

Other activities required in this role are:

* Act as the primary point of contact and ensure incidents, requests, changes and problems are logged and managed within agreed time frames

* Manage, remediate and escalate problems to bring about resolution.

* Manage service provider services and communicate with the wider business community to meet the contracted deliverables.

* Identify opportunities, and implement improvements to the overall Service, including defining appropriate means to measure their success.

* Undertake new supplier reviews and set-up where required.

* Train, coach and mentor Senior Service Desk Analyst

* Provide weekly Reporting of KPI's and trends

Key skills and Requirements
* Demonstrable experience of supplier management and third-party service providers within an IT Service environment.
* Leadership  experience in IT Service delivery, with the skills to drive thebest out of a busy IT Service environment.
* A track record of introducing new solutions, repairing broken processes and moving to operational excellence
* ITIL foundation accreditation
