Role Summary
Our client is a Financial Services Organisation which is consolidating activities from another organization. This will involve the migration of Systems Data and Documents into a new CRM system. New Processes onboarding clients will result in changes in up to seven core Systems.
The specific requirement is for a Systems Project Manager, with responsibility for Budget, Planning, Reporting, Tracking, and Resources for delivery of the necessary changes to the core systems.
Details
The main activities included in this role are:
* Raising Project Initiation Document
* Developing Project Plan
* Raising change requests on other systems
* Weekly reports
Key skills and Requirements
Mandatory
* Excellent Project Management and Stakeholder Management Skills
* Good understanding of Scheduling and managing changes to live Systems
* Good understanding of interface testing (Salesforce.com interface experience most relevant)
Desirable
* The client is the FSA and knowledge of their systems ( Tardis and Gabriel) would be an advantage.
