Role Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Interim IT Services Manager to run a recently launched Online Service for a major UK retail brand.

This role requires leading a team of 15 staff and two third party relationships.

Candidates will need to be very experienced in Online Retail Service operations

Key skills and Requirements

* Experience in IT Service Management in Online Retail Systems is essential

* Strong technical knowledge and ability to plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities.

* Good leader with People and Project Management skills, able to provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department
