Role Summary

Our Consultancy Company, B2E Consulting, has an opportunity with a Financial Services Client to put together a Proposal for improvements to their E Mail Management.

E Mails are not being retained, except through separate storage on a Document Management System, which is not taking place as it should. This has left the Organisation unable to store or search EMail effectively.

We are looking for a System/Business Analyst with experience of their Livelink Document Management System, and EMail integration, to work on this Project as part of a team which will recommend solutions which will be technical in nature.

Details

The role requires an analyst to be a partner in a team which will address the issues of:

* retention of critical emails
* classification and searchability of emails
* emails not classified properly as records

Key Skills and Requirements

* Strong System and Business Analysis skills
* Knowledge of Livelink (from opentext)
* Knowledge of email solutions (outlook)
