Our client is a leading global professional services firm and is looking to hire an interim project manager to deliver the global consolidation of its Peoplesoft HR systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build business cases for the project
- Initiate project governance and define roles and responsibilities
- Produce project plan
- Perform risk analysis and contingency planning
- Consider change management aspects, especially organisation impact, training, communication and documentation
- Manage project finances
- Monitor progress
- Structure handover to support
- Perform post-implementation review
- 8-10 years project management experience (including business cases and change management)
- Experience of at least one global ERP / Peoplesoft implementation
- Peoplesoft recruiting / performance management
- Systems implementation in a professional services firm
- European language(s)
