FILLED: Interim HR Transformation Project, 6 months, London
The project is part of an HR Transformation programme already underway for a large Financial Service company requiring:
- A target operating model (TOM) for the global HR function.
- Covering the new HR processes, technology, people and structure at a high level.
- The business case for the TOM.
- A programme plan to show how HR function could move to the target operating model.
A lot of the content will come from the existing HR teams, but experienced outside resource is required to help complete the design work and document the output.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Good HR knowledge
- Logical thinker
- Good writing and PowerPoint skills
- Hard worker
- Can organise and lead w/shops
- Previous experience of TOM development
- Credible with senior management
- Experience of Peoplesoft HR would be a bonus.
