Role Summary
Our global client requires a number of well-rounded change management practitioners to join its Organisation Effectiveness (OE) internal consulting function.  The OE function is responsible for developing the change capability of the organisation to enable swifter and more impactful change, and for providing OE support to critical business change initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high performing change management practitioner to develop their career in a challenging environment delivering change on a regional / global scale with a market leading company.

Details
The globally dispersed OE consulting function (approx. 60 people) is responsible  for delivering a range of organisation development and change interventions to help achieve the client's strategic business objectives around continuous improvement & business efficiency.

OE activities range from organisation design and development, learning, culture change, change management, business health checks and diagnostics, to leadership development, continuous improvement, problem solving and strategic programme management.

The internal client base covers multiple businesses and supporting functions at all levels in the business around the world.

Role and Responsibilities
The role involves providing a variety OE consulting services to a range of businesses or functions depending upon the business requirement.  You will be expected to build strong lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, being seen as a trusted advisor who can provide high calibre interventions to improve business performance based  on 'best of class' working practices.

Taking projects from cradle-to-grave you will take hands-on responsibility for shaping, steering, planning, budgeting and managing OE projects through to conclusion.  It's hands on, very challenging, and very rewarding.

Key Skills and Requirements
1)   Extensive experience of leading large, complex change management projects with an excellent grasp of 'how to make change stick' (cross-functional experience ideally)

2)   Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the following Change Management disciplines (organisation design, organisation development, change management, process excellence, leadership team effectiveness, capability development, culture shift)

3)   Capable of leading multi-national teams to operate effectively and deliver results in highly ambiguous global / regional environments (both in a team and individual capacity)

4)   Exceptionally strong consulting skills (a credible, crisp communicator, comfortable operating at c-level, impactful with strong facilitation and presentation skills) likely to have been developed at a top tier management consultancy

They are looking for a Solution Architect with experience of a wide range of solution level architecture activities and an understanding of the retail sector and supply chain including warehouse management and fulfillment. They should demonstrate a good knowledge of both Architecture and Business.

Role Summary 



Our global client is a market-leading producer of hi-tech communications & computer products and applications.

 

They require a business analyst to join their team to work on a programme to implement a new B2B sales pipeline process (Lead to Order) and supporting CRM system across EMEIA as part of a global rollout.

 
Role & Responsibilities:

This hands-on role reports into the CRM Project Manager and sits within the EMEIA and World Wide (WW) Sales BPR & Business Solutions function, created to manage and deliver strategic projects for the B2B Sales Function on a regional or global basis.

 

The role involves working autonomously alongside multiple areas across the organisation (e.g. functional SMEs, internal IT and 3rd party suppliers) and the WorldWide Programme Management function that owns the design and development of the CRM solution.

 

The key responsibilities involve:

 

  1. Full Lifecycle Business Analysis – defining and documenting requirements for the new B2B Lead to Order process for the EMEIA region, facilitating workshops with multiple EMEIA stakeholders to gain consensus, liaising with global IT, mapping and designing new processes, planning, creating and running test scripts and UAT
     
  2. Project Management Support– working with the CRM Project Manger defining project roadmap/ scope/ deliverables/ budget/ resource requirements, managing risks / issues / dependencies, co-ordinating activities across the functional /IT/ vendor teams, communicating status
     
  3. Stakeholder Management - actively managing a functionally and geographically diverse set of stakeholders to ensure consensus and maintain focus
Key Skills and Requirements  

The following experience is mandatory: 

  • Recent BA experience implementing CRM solutions at a regional or global level (ideally in a B2B sales environment)
  • Strong knowledge of the Sales Pipeline process (Lead to Order)
  • Experienced in operating autonomously across multiple teams in a matrixed, ambiguous corporate environments to deliver result
  • End-to-End project lifecycle experience demonstrating well-rounded Business Analysis skills
  • Business focused, but with an appreciation of the technical / systems considerations involved in building corporate solutions  

 In addition to this, the following would be advantageous: 


  • Experience of working with Sugar CRM
  • Business Analysis or Project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, ISEB, MSP, ITIL)

Our Client is a Financial Services Organisation undergoing largescale Business Change including the development of some critical business systems

They are looking for a Consultant with experience of data migration and delivery  to devise the data migration and testing strategy on a major system within the organisation. This sytem provides data which must be completely accurate and is high profile.
 
The Consultant will develop the strategy to ensure that successful data migration and testing is planned and executed in conjunction with a third party supplier and an external testing organisation.


The Consultant will be responsible for developing the Data Migration Test Strategy/Approach for End to End Testing of Data Migration to include Technical, Functional, Non-Functional, Business Process and User Acceptance Testing.



Key skills and Requirements

* A seasoned Data Migration and technical data expert with demonstrable end to end experience of large scale Data Migration Strategy and Delivery.

Role Summary
Our Client is a small but growing supplier of Web based solution software which connects organisations in the Public Sector to enable Partnership working.  They  were a spin out from London University.

Clients benefit from being able to get access to data held in the cloud, enabling partnerships and multiple agencies to work together securely.  They support Partnership working in the Public Sector, in areas including Health, Education and Justice.

They are looking for a Business Analyst with the capability to work on a range of projects, including web based systems, over the full project life cycle.

The role is based in London with some travel to client sites.

Key skills and Requirements

* At least five years Business Analysis experience over the full project life cycle; gathering business requirements, designing  solutions and  developing and testing systems (preferably web based systems)

* Technically competent enough to understand the modules of the system after training and with the technical competence to define the required functional configurations to meet customer needs thereafter.

* Good stakeholder management skills, preferably from a consultancy background; able to produce requirements and solutions in a fast paced environment where they are poorly defined at the outset.
