Role Summary

Following on from a corporate acquisition, our client is in the midst of a multi-million pound transformation programme designed to separate the systems and processes of the new company from the selling company and subsequently transform its operations.

They immediately require an experienced interim project manager with deep experience of delivering Data ETL on SAP implementations to head up this workstream as part of an ERP SAP Implementation.

Role Detail

* Successfully lead and execute the Data ETL Stream
* Manage the end-to-end process of Data Extraction from the source system, Reconciliation,
Data transformation activities pre-load, Loading into SAP and Business Reconciliation
* Manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders (legacy client and their supplier, new client and
3rd party suppliers) to achieve a successful outcome

Key Skills and Requirements

The successful candidate will have a combination of strong project management skills, exceptional delivery focus, and multiple project experiences of leading Data ETL workstreams within SAP implementations.

* Project Leadership & Delivery Experience working under minimum supervision
* Subject Matter Expert in end-to-end Data ETL process into SAP - min 5 years experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Degree qualified in a technical or numerate discipline

* Deliver required changes to SAP feeder systems and receiver systems
* Manage the 3rd party development team delivery of the PI Programs

Key Skills and Requirements

Role Summary

Our client operates in the retail sector and is an expanding business with 224 stores currently and 30 stores being added per annum. The business is developing the IT function to improve bottlenecks and increase performance in a number of areas.
These include:

· Legacy systems which are fragmented

· Core system replacement which could go to an ERP solution.

· Customer facing POS systems being rolled out to stores.

· Web channel and development of multi channel retailing.

To help manage these improvements the company is looking for 2/3 permanently employed business analysts to work at their head office in Watford. These will be experienced individuals with at least 5 years experience who can engage on large scale pieces of work across the full lifecycle and who can work on the business in a holistic way.

Role

The activities to be undertaken by the Business analysts include:

· Working with the business in developing new business initiatives.

· Analysing and producing comprehensive and accurate business requirements and
perform gap analysis to proposed solutions

· Assessing the impact of changes on systems, interfaces, processes and people

· Analysing operating procedures, work flow improvement, organizational changes,
introduction of controls and procedures, evaluation of equipment and automation requirements, etc.

· Working with key business stakeholders, other Business Analysts and business
users in ensuring that the requirements, risk and cost/benefits of each project are thoroughly explored

· Working alongside the IT technical development and testing teams in defining
test scenarios, test acceptance criteria and database design ensuring that the business requirements have been interpreted correctly.

· Developing a thorough understanding of the existing applications and technologies.

· Working with external third party suppliers as required and within the context
of a given project.

· Adhering to and promoting the governance process (Prince 2 based).

· Keeping apprised of the latest technical and commercial developments within
the IT and retail finance industries

Key skills and Requirements

The client is looking for:

· Experienced Business Analysts who have been involved in largescale systems
or business transformation projects with top tier consultancies e.g. (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM / PWC & Cap Gemini or within 'blue chip' companies.

· Consulting expertise in Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Organisational

Logistics:

Background to the Bid

GP Consortia will be responsible for commissioning and purchasing healthcare following the abolition of the Primary Care Trusts. The bid is to provide them with the relevant organisation development and leadership skills to carry out this new function.

KPMG have been engaged to develop a toolkit to help GP's in their new role in commissioning healthcare in London. The toolkit will cover three aspects of support for GP's:

· development of leadership teams

· organisational development
