Our client immediately requires experienced
PSO/PMO Analysts to provide project support to various Programmes within their organization.
You will need to have strong financial tracking experience and/or programme
planning expertise (including critical path/dependency
analysis).

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, your responsibilities
will include the following key activities:
- Implementing governance standards for the project according to the appropriate project lifecycle methodology (including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables)
- Maintaining and co-ordinating the project RAID log
- Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored
- Preparing consolidated MI reporting packs for regular project and programme level reporting cycles (financials, plans, resourcing summaries RAID logs etc).
Key Skills and
Requirements:
Mandatory
- 5+ years PSO analyst experience with strong all-round grounding in PSO operational tasks
- Full lifecycle PSO experience gained in large/complex project environments in the corporate/private sector
- Self-starter/ability to operate autonomously as a PSO in fast paced, dynamic, release orientated business environments using appropriate SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- PM or PSO qualifications (e.g. Prince 2, MSP, PMP, P3O)
- Microsoft Project
- Enterprise Project Management (EMP)
- Mobile / Telco / Broadband background
