Role Summary

Our client, a leading provider of professional services, has commissioned an in depth performance improvement review of one of its business service lines within  the UK. 

They require an experienced performance improvement consultant, with a top tier consulting background (ideally including lean six sigma experience), to work as part of a team to complete an in-depth root cause analysis. 

The purpose of this review is to determine how the business unit could improve its performance in terms of gross margin performance, quality, and growth with the aim doubling the size of the business in the next three years. 

Key skills and Requirements 

* Successful top tier management consulting / professional services background

* Highly experienced performance improvement consultant with a proven track record of improving the efficiency and profitability of service line operating units

* Six Sigma qualifications advantageous

* Previous experience of improving operations within a professional services environment would be highly desirable.
