FILLED: Interim #DM4085 European Public Sector - Job Evaluation Project
Summary
Our client, a niche consultancy, has an immediate requirement for an experienced trainer/facilitator who is familiar with points-based job evaluation methodology to work with an Eastern European public sector client.
Role and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of a 3 man team working closely with appointed users from the client.
The primary activities will be:
Mobilise the job evaluation group within the client (approximately 20-25 people working part-time)
Train the job evaluation group in all aspects of the job evaluation program (e.g. writing job descriptions, interviewing, gathering data)
Set up web-based filing folders, databases, knowledge capital as appropriate
Provide on-the-job support to the job evaluation team as they progress with writing job descriptions, then remote assistance as required
Review all deliverables and outputs by the group (job descriptions, job factors, job scores)
Facilitate production of draft job classification approach and job evaluation methodology.
Skills / Experience
Candidates applying for this role:
· Must be experienced facilitators/trainers
· Must be familiar with points-based job evaluation methodology
· Must be willing and available to travel to Romania at least 3 times and work on this assignment on a part-time basis over a 12 week period.
Candidates will preferably have a public sector background either as an HR employee or as an HR consultant.

Part time – approximately 20 days work over a 12 week period.
Rate:
£400 per day + travel expenses.
Location:
3-4 trips to Romania + based at home
